OnlineMasks Terms & Conditions
OnlineMasks owns and operates the website https://www.onlinemasks.co.za/ (The “Service”).
In these conditions “the company” shall mean OnlineMasks, as well as all affiliates, officers, shareholders, agents, managers, employees, directors, shareholders, members, controlling or holding companies and, representatives (of any form) of the aforesaid parties. The company is a specialist reusable mask service provider and acts as an agent for a third party supplier. The “Product” shall mean any services and/or products the company sells on behalf of any third party supplier to a client. The “client” shall mean any person or users of any product sold by the company.
OnlineMasks reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Customers agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
All orders taken by the OnlineMasks are subject to these standard terms and conditions below.
All products are supplied by a third party supplier. The supplier is solely responsible for the design and supply of the products bought by the client. The company only assists in the sale of such products.
- ONLINE OR TELEPHONIC ORDERS AND STOCK AVAILABILITY
A quotation is an offer to provide a product and delivery of this product and is subject to price increases. An agreement is only concluded once the full product price is paid for in full.
The prices of all products are subject to change and may only be confirmed when paid for in full.
On acceptance of an order, any subsequent changes to the order will attract a minimum charge of R350 per change, irrespective of payment to secure the order is made or not.
- Payment by Paypal is preferred.
- If paying by cash please ensure that you receive an official invoice.
- When using Electronic Transfer (EFT) confirmation of the payment must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that certain banking institutions can take more than 48 (forty-eight) hours to clear payments and payments must be cleared before a booking is confirmed.
- CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS
Any cancellations made by a client must be in writing. Any amendment or any change by a client after payment constitutes a cancellation. In the event that the client cancels an order for whatever reason, OnlineMasks shall charge an administration fee and may well also impose a cancellation fee, which could be up to 100% of the product price.
In the interest of hygiene standards all products of a personal nature will not be refunded or exchanged.
- CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS
The company does not guarantee the safety standards or performance of any supplier. The clients of any product purchased through the company accept that the use of the product may be dependent on certain factors beyond the company’s control and therefore agree that the company will not be held liable for any compensation to the client if it is forced to cancel or in any way change the booking or any flight or transfer due inter alia, but not exclusively, to force majeure including war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other external circumstances beyond the control of the company.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OnlineMasks and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
- CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that the client has a complaint, it must first be taken up with the management /company representative of the supplier, in order that an opportunity is afforded to the supplier to investigate the situation. If the client has any further complaint then they must lodge this in writing to the company within 10 (ten) days of the purchase. If these procedures are not followed then the company will not investigate or continue to investigate such complaints.
